I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Park Central in NYC. The recently renovated hotel is fabulous with great rates. Benny Tong, Director of Security, went above and beyond to help retrieve my forgotten jackets. A kind and efficient staff make this hotel a must for future stays!

The dining facilities at Park Central are a celebration of flavors, with puddings fit for royalty. The bed's comfort and hotel security are top-notch. The helpful concierge deserves a shoutout, too.

No fridge in the room? ? That was a first!

The spot was top-notch, being near Broadway and all the cool spots, which was super handy. The staff was mega friendly and went the extra mile for anything we needed, making our stay a breeze. The beds and pillows were surprisingly comfy, giving us a solid night's sleep after a long day of exploring. 🌆

The city views from the suite were absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the mesmerizing sight of New York's skyline was a truly unforgettable experience. Plus, the cleaning staff and bell boys were incredibly friendly and efficient. I remember one morning when the cleaning staff went out of their way to ensure our room was spotless, and the bell boys were always ready to assist with a smile.

Well-maintained and high-quality venue. Magnificent location just next door to Central Park and Times Square in less than five minutes. Lots of restaurants in the surrounding areas.

Clean place and caring staff, thoroughly enjoyed excellent and absolutely perfect location. The restaurant was good for breakfast, we ordered amazing dishes. It was great-sized and had a great view to the central park. It was as expected, had a thoroughly enjoyable stay for 2 nights.

Had classic room with wake-up service available in it. Had luggage storage and climate control.

The units are updated, decent size with super comfortable bed, mini-fridges, as example.

The breakfast pastries and coffee at the grab-and-go were a delightful surprise. It was like finding a hidden treasure in the sleek and modern lobby. The aroma of freshly baked goods and the rich scent of Nespresso coffee made me feel like I stumbled upon a secret haven in the heart of the bustling city.

Customer service requires improvement.

The venue is spacious and clean with very friendly and particularly helpful staff. It has a fair value and an excellent location next to subway lines and within walking distance to Carnegie Hall. Easy to access via subway, Uber, and close to the World Trade Center.

This venue has a fantastic location in the Manhattan district, making it very convenient with its close proximity to the train station, taxi services, and garage parking.

Our stay was lovely, enjoyed free breakfasts.

The room was newly decorated, had excellent WiFi, luggage storage, and an air conditioner. The location was very central, wonderful very close to the Times square. And we were near the park which is so beautiful, many good restaurants around and lots to do, all the attractions and subway and the restaurants passing thru the the gym.

We explored Central Park, strolled through Times Square, and even took a double-decker bus tour of the city. The location was epic and made our trip unforgettable. The hotel itself was super trendy and chill.

The only thing we missed was a cool rooftop bar or hangout spot within the hotel. It would have been lit to have a place to chill and have a good time with other guests after a day of exploring the city.

Comfortable large bed in the standard room, along with a place to stash your luggage and adjust the room temperature. 🛏️
